Tip 3: Stick to your boundaries.

"I don't want to hurt someone's feelings."

This is a commonly used statement.

Boundaries are made to protect you mentally, physically, spiritually, and beyond.

Boundaries allow others to know what we will and will not accept from them.

Alternatively, those same individuals have boundaries that we are expected to follow as well.

We have to be willing to show others how we wish to be respected or we'll settle for poor treatment.
