Theme
Our theme is UBUNTU. Ubuntu emphasizes the importance of a group or community. It is an African philosophy that places an imperative on the importance of group or communal existence – “I am because we are.” NYSBOTC is a community! And through our collective efforts, we are unified in the issues germane to black occupational therapy practitioners and students. We are appreciative of our past and determined to preserve our future through mentorship and advocacy.
